The Tasks module is a digital to-do list designed to help you manage maintenance and other activities on your boat. You can use it to:

  • Create tasks and assign them to crew members.
  • Set due dates and track progress.
  • Attach photos, videos, and documents.
  • Filter tasks by status, due date, and other criteria.

Tasks List

The Tasks List screen provides an overview of all tasks and allows you to manage them efficiently.


  1. Quick access buttons – Easily switch between "My tasks" and "Overdue tasks."
  2. Filter menu – Apply filters to view tasks based on status, priority, or due date.
  3. Task list – Displays tasks with their titles, statuses (Draft, Processing, Done, etc.), and due dates.
  4. Create a new task – Tap the blue "+" button to create a new task.


Task Information

Selecting a task from the list opens the Task Information screen, where you can view and manage task details.

  1. Navigation tabs – Switch between "Informations" and "History."
  2. Task details – View the task description and key information.
  3. Task status and urgency – Check or update the task's progress (Waiting, Processing, Done, Solved) and urgency level (Low, Medium, High).
  4. Attachments – Upload photos, videos, or documents related to the task.


Task History

The History tab provides a timeline of updates and internal communications related to the task.

  1. Navigation tabs – Switch between "Informations" and "History."
  2. Task timeline – View internal comments and messages exchanged with crew members.
  3. Messaging section – Use the input field to send a new message or update.
