How can I assign a task to a team member?

You can assign tasks to your team members and create work plans. 

To assign a task, follow these steps:

  1. Within your Fleet Management Dashboard, navigate to Tasks
  2. Select a task by hitting the text balloon-button in the Action column on the right.
  3. If applicable, adjust the status on the left (with the arrow or drop down).
  4. Adjust priority and set a due date if needed.
  5. Next, select a team member from the drop down menu underneath Assign to.
  6. Click Update. Your task has now been assigned!

If the assigned user has a notification setup, he'll know instantly that you assigned him to it.
